When you install the Integration Solution, permissions for the integration user account are configured. If those permissions are changed, you might need to reset them. You can do that by reinstalling the Integration Solution by choosing Redeploy Integration Solution on the Dynamics 365 Connection Setup page. The following security roles are deployed:
NZ Dynamics CRM xRM User Group
You can create multiple units of measure for each unit group, and assign the groups to products in Dynamics 365 Sales. Afterward, you'll be able to synchronise the products with items and resources in Business Central. You can manually couple item units of measurement or resource units of measurement with a unit group. When you do, if the unit group for the item or resource isn't coupled to a unit group in Dynamics 365 Sales, for example, because the unit group didn't exist, Business Central will automatically create the unit group in Dynamics 365 Sales.
Dynamics 365 Sales does not allow you to change a unit group for a product. Therefore, you must retire your products and uncouple the items and resources, and then synchronise by creating new products in Dynamics 365 Sales.
Choose the ITEM-PRODUCT mapping, and then choose the Restart action. Restarting creates new products from the items in Dynamics 365 Sales, and assigns a new unit group that is specific to the item.
Choose the RESOURCE-PRODUCT mapping, and then choose the Restart action. Restarting creates new products from the resources in Dynamics 365 Sales, and assigns a new unit group that is specific to the resources.
Changes to data in that were made by the integration user account are not synchronised. Therefore, we recommended that you do not change data while using that account. For more information, see Setting Up User Accounts for Integrating with Dynamics 365 Sales.
Install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Update Rollup 5 file called CRM2011-Server-KB2567454-ENU-amd64.exe (54.9MB) to your CRM 2011 Web Server where Update Rollup 5 was not installed. Remember, the error was presented on the environment with only Update Rollup 3 installed.Once you have completed the install and restarted the server, retry adding a Security Role to a user. You should notice you can now add the desired Security Role because we now have the same Update Rollup applied from the environment the CRM system was originally built from.

I don't think that Mercury is as easy to use as other platforms which we tested, even though it has the most features, most people either don't know about them or how to use it properly - I would love to see in future revisions for it to focus on simplicity and a more visually appealing user interface. Not being able to drag and drop CVs / resumes, boolean search everywhere, or update records directly from Outlook are also big missing features.
At the end of the month, the users would run an SSRS report that was built in the required format that broke down the objectives and related tasks. The report could be then be e-mailed to the appropriate project funders.
This became a bit tedious because this involved some navigation and a series of clicks to drill down from the project form, then to the objective form, and then the user would then add the task record.
To make the process easier, I created a Dialog and had it launched from a button that I added with the Ribbon Workbench. The Dialog runs from the context of the project, it shows the list of objectives in a picklist and allows the user to enter in the task details.
If the user decided to copy the task, they would navigate to a screen where they would choose a project, which would then provide them options for the related objective. The task information would still be present in the form so the user could edit it before copying the task.
When I started the project, I actually built a complete standalone App for adding project tasks. This App has its benefits as well (mobile-enabled, easy to use) but I also wanted the users to be able to work within the context of the project record in the Model Driven App.
